Tablesome allows you to add the relevant media to your table to make your table more functional and attractive. You can add media content such as GIF, Audio, Video, and other forms of media to your WordPress tables using the Rich-text column.

If you have an image file that you want to show in the table, you can upload the WordPress file as you do always and copy and paste the link in the table.

In the Rich-text toolbar you will find a Video option, you have to paste the video link within this option and you video or other media will be added to the table.
Add Media from WordPress Media Library
You can embed media from WordPress Media Library and external sources such as YouTube, Vimeo, Dailymotion, Rumble, TED, VK, RuTube, 9Gag, Internet Video Archives, Apple Podcasts, SoundCloud, Spotify, Stitcher, MixCloud and other hosting services.
It is much better than simple HTML table and the videos added to the tables can be played inside the tables can be played within the table.
